MY CART
My Cart stores all the artworks you would like to purchase on Art Invest. To add an artwork, choose your selection from the "Art Invest Catalogue" and click on "Add to My Cart". You can add as many artworks to your My Shopping Cart. We request you to "Register" (if you are a new user) or "Login" (if you are an Art Invest member), so that we can configure your shopping cart by incorporating the appropriate taxes, shipping and handling charges.
Shipping is free of cost in Mumbai and for outside Mumbai will be seperately mentioned in the mail or through phone.
BUYING THROUGH ART INVEST
Once you have logged in with your username and password, and you wish to purchase an artwork from your shopping cart, just click on "Proceed to Order". This will present you with your Billing / Shipping details,confirm that and press "Place Order" where you will see the payment options available online. Choose the payment option which is suitable for you; go through the procedures and terms & conditions and press "Confirm Order" . Your order will be processed immediately and you should receive a confirmation order number for reference and tracking. An e-mail will also be send to your email address provided to us at the time of registration.

SELLING THROUGH ART INVEST
Not sure whether or how to sell your artwork? We will help you to value your artwork and sell it too.
Details we require:
Name of the Artist/s.
Image of the work/s.
Details of the work/s (Title, year, dimensions, medium, signature details, etc.)
Provenance (where and when you acquired the work/s).
Authenticity certificate details.
Current condition of the work/s.

Selection Process
If the work is chosen for Art Invest's online catalogue, the panel will discuss a price with you based on current market comparables. The decision process can take anywhere between 10 to 15 days. The decision of the panel is final, and no further queries will be entertained.
Art Invest will send you an electronic copy of the terms and conditions for sale of the work/s. Upon agreement of these terms and conditions, Art Invest will send a consignment agreement to sign and return.
Charges/Commission
Art Invest will charge 10% on the sale value of the artwork plus applicable service tax from its clients.
Returns & Refunds
At Art Invest, all purchases are final. We will accept returned goods only when they are being processed for a refund due to shipping or handling damage. If a painting has been damaged during shipping please contact us at info@artinvest.in and we will process your case as expeditiously as possible. In the unlikely event of your receiving a damaged product, please do the following:
Make note of the damage on the courier's copy of the airway bill, and a copy of the airway bill, which you retain.
Also, appropriate remarks should be made on the delivery sheet (applicable) of the courier personnel making the delivery.
Please notify Art Invest directly within 3 days of receipt of the painting if there is damage along with the details of the damage.
Also send us images of the work with close ups of the damaged portion(s)
If you choose to undertake the custom clearance yourself or by a third party appointed by you then the paintings will be considered delivered not at the shipping address in your order details but at the customs location at the destination country. Also please make a note of the following:
Your purchase will be considered delivered once the relevant documents for self clearance are handed over by our logistics carriers to you/your appointed agent.
Art Invest is not responsible for the storage or damages to the painting(s) after the hand over of documents to you/your appointed broker and pending customs clearance.
Art Invest is not responsible for any delays caused during customs clearance.
Art Invest will not be liable for the condition of your purchase once it reaches you after custom clearance.
This will help in processing claims in a timely manner. Please note that Art Invest insures the painting against damage, but does not insure the frames.

You can select "Demand Draft/Cheque" as a mode of payment and place an order with us. Your order will be processed once we receive the Cheque/Demand Draft and the amount is credited to us.

USD Check
Your order will be processed once we receive the check and the amount is credited to us.

Details will be emailed to you once you place the order choosing to pay by a direct wire transfer.
Please Note: The product(s) you have ordered will be kept on hold, under your name, for 7 days during the payment processing time. Your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared.
